Northwest Ergomania is an annual “indoor regatta” put on by Concept2, the manufacturer of the ergs we use. In the past, Eastside folks have entered both individual and the team relay events.   This year Jeff Kay is handling team coordination and registration for the event, which takes place Saturday, February 5, 2011, at Seattle University. If you’d like to be on a team–for fun, for glory, or both–contact Jeff or us, or post to the Eastside Strength & Conditioning Google group.
