Andrew and newborn daughter Clara

Eastside Strength & Conditioning member Andrew is the father of beautiful baby Clara, born July 15 and weighing 3.77 kg–well within Dad’s lifting capacity.  :-) Congratulations, Andrew! (And kudos for keeping up your training schedule, despite the sleep interruptions.)

Hearty congratulations to Ian and Rodica on their recent engagement, carried out at the summit of Mt. Rainier and witnessed by their entire climbing party. Many happy ascents!
