Closed Memorial Day

We are closed on Monday the 30^th for the holiday. We will be open for a big group workout on Saturday the 28^th.

Work crazy

Northwest Ergomania is an annual "indoor regatta" put on by Concept2, the manufacturer of the ergs we use. In the past, Eastside folks have entered both individual and the team relay events.   This year Jeff Kay is handling team coordination and registration for the event, which takes place Saturday, February 5, 2011, at Seattle University. If you'd like to be on a team--for fun, for glory, or both--contact Jeff or us, or post to the Eastside Strength & Conditioning Google group.

Big congratulations to Rosanna on qualifying for the 2010 American Open weightlifting meet. She made the required 140-kilo (308-pound) total in the snatch and clean and jerk, so she'll be off to compete in Cincinnati next month against athletes from around the country.  We're all very proud of her!
