Closed for classes July 4 & 5
We're taking a couple days off and will be closed on Wednesday and Thursday, July 4 and 5.
No classes those days. Back on the regular schedule Friday morning.
If you are inclined to train independently (Get it?) on the days that the gym is closed, consider the following:
