Get a grip

CrossFit press grip setupBefore you even take the barbell from the rack for an overhead press, set your grip width just outside your shoulders. Your forearms should be vertical, with elbows directly under your hands, prepared to drive the bar straight up. Your hands should not be set wider (or, for that matter, narrower) than your elbows.
