Seattle Summer YMCA Classic 2013

Valarie squats 52.5 kilos (115 pounds) for a new state record.

We had a great time at the Seattle Summer YMCA Classic. Valarie entered her first powerlifting meet and had a great showing. She ended the session with a 132.5 kilo (291 pound) three lift total. Great work Val!
